I'm a quantitative investor based in Boston, working in systematic fixed income. Day to day that means building models and portfolios across credit and rates — turning noisy market data into strategies that can be tested, sized, and traded with discipline.
What I enjoy most is the space where markets meet code: careful research, reproducible pipelines, and risk taken on purpose rather than by accident. I'd rather understand why something works than simply trust that it will.
Away from the screens, I'm usually behind a camera — chasing dark skies for astrophotography and wildlife in wilder places — or tinkering with a small software project that has quietly gotten out of hand. I play a fair amount of tennis, and I like to think I get marginally less hopeless each week.
Home is Boston, where I live with my wife and our young son, plus a dog who is firmly convinced he runs the place.
